    Pros

Great social mission. Great benefits. The member-focused side of the business gets it -- they do great work with outstanding people

    Cons

The top leadership of IT is totally blind to the shortcomings of the internal systems. We spend too much time trying to work around failures in Peoplesoft.

    Advice to Management

Get IT leadership to look at the reality of how the internal systems are working, particularly Peoplesoft. Changes need to be made in order to have a workable, efficient system. You can't wish it into success.
