I have been working at ABB (United States) full-time

None, it's a fine company if you enjoy staying in one place, doing stacks of simple work that you lack the resources to. There is no security in a college degree job where anyone with a high school degree could do the same work.

Although I've been told other locations are great, the florida locations are poorly structured for engineering. It seems that every level of engineering that is performed here is on a bare minimum level. Opportunities for growth are a distant dream. Goals to build new skills are avoided and training is limited to asking constantly and only receiving if free.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If your going to have someone help, provide them with the right tools and knowledge. Don't throw things that are undefined, that lack resources, are missing information, and expect it to be a quick turnaround.
