I worked at ABC Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Not many good things to say about this company

    Cons

There is a lack of training for both hourly and salaried employees. If you aren't "working out", they will fire you instead of giving you the proper training you deserve. The human resources department is completely unorganized and there is barely an orientation program in place. A lot of back stabbing happening and lack of confidentiality between management/employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Train your employees properly! There is a reason that the turnover is so high. No one is being trained how they are supposed to be. Also, keep confidential information CONFIDENTIAL! Employees will not trust you or be happy to work for a company if they know that they cannot go to their HR department without having their personal information spread among the management.
