    I have been working at ACA Compliance Group full-time for less than a year


    Great, competitive salary, great training and many perks you normally will not find at other companies. The unofficial company motto is "work hard, play hard" is something I believe in, as does everyone else. The company seems to hire the right people, as everyone gets along like one big family, considering there are offices all over the U.S. and in the U.K., Hong Kong and Brazil.

    Having the annual Mid Year retreats are a great idea so that you can put a face to the name of employees you normally only speak to on the phone or via email. The annual Holiday retreat is very popular with everyone, although I have yet to experience that (but will in December). The retreats are all company paid (airfare, hotel, food) which shows how much they take care of its employees.

    Everyone is very professional and respects others - including all of the Partners. No one is treated as if they are unimportant, no matter their title/position. Everyone is down to earth, easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with, including the Partners. The Partners also do not treat others with disrespect -- they are easy-going as well, which is rare in most companies.

    The benefits are very good (vacation/sick leave, health, dental, vision, life,etc) at a decent cost to the employee. The company has annual reviews/possible salary increases every July and also has annual discretionary bonuses every January.

    The HR personnel are very helpful, professional and on top of everything, including the training videos and paperwork needed your first week of employment. Everyone adopts the "open door" policy, which is so great.

    The many perks include: the annual Mid Year retreat (July), the annual Holiday retreat (December) and office snacks are paid for (coffee, sodas, cookies, crackers, candy, ice cream, etc),

    I haven't been at ACA for very long now, but can see this is such a great company to work for and plan on working there for a very long time!


    As I have not worked at ACA for very long yet, I truly do not see or have not experienced any "cons". To be honest, I do not expect any and if there were any problems or issues, you can easily talk with your Supervisor or Management to get it resolved quickly and professionally.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The only advice I have for Management at ACA is this: Keep doing what you are doing - in continuing to hire the right people and taking care of all of the employees!
