I have been working at ACCO Brands full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Nice people, culture is good most times when lay offs are not happenning.

    Cons

Very male dominated on the Acco side of the company. Very few women and diverse leaders who can motivate the young professionals.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To stop the decline in your industry you need to change your culture. To change the culture you need to hire diverse talent and promote them. This includes minorities and women. This will foster better communication and open to more ideas.
