    I worked at ACDI/VOCA full-time (more than 3 years)

A strong history of working in agricultural development around the world. ACDI/VOCA is developing new tools and restructuring to better implement development projects.

Over the past year, ACDI/VOCA has restructured, gotten a new CEO and put in place new processes and practices. While some of this is good, the organization seems to be prioritizing uber compliance over good development and seems to no longer trust its employees. As a result, many feel disempowered and frustrated with changes they don't always understand. In addition, the organization does not seem to be sincerely interested in improving its own operations. For example, no exit interviews are done with departing employees to learn their reasons for leaving and try to improve those areas of the employee experience.
