Benefits are currently quite generous but expect changes to come as the ACA and competitive influences persist.

The ACE culture has changed rather radically for the worse in the past 3 years. The company used to value intelligence, independent thought and innovation. It respected the talents of it's employees and promoted on tha basis. The new ACE champions hierarchy, mediocrity and managerial duplicity. Example, ACE was recently sanctioned for using an employee unconnected to a case to approach the plaintiffs in order to communicate in their native langauge even after the Judge had cautioned them to refrain from such activities. Just google it. This companies management lives along the grey line and sooner or later this will infect the entire organization.
