Former Employee - Project Manager in Austin, TX

I worked at ADP full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Worked virtually and had a great team

    Cons

Leadership strategy was unclear and they changed objectives very suddenly ... did not provide solid guidance for employees. Set objectives and would not allow employees the times they initially agreed upon to achieve them. Evaluations were vague and not concrete. Poor executive leadership.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Set objectives and goals and try to stick to to them
