    Pros

ADP is a solid organization Work/Life balance - getting to work from home. Team culture is enabled.

    Cons

Salary is low compared to competitors consulting positions. Also, it is very hard to advance into higher roles as it seems tenured employees trump newly hired outside experience. Advancement in the form of stretch assignments is how they operate vs. asking what YOUR professional goals are. You must work hard, pay your dues in time and proving yourself first, then you can ask for advancement. The Sales and Sales Support areas in the organization are very political. It's best to know who and when you can go to for advice. Everyone talks!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be a collaborative and transformational leaders. The approach is very directive and authoritarian. It is a sales environment, however to retain employee assets its important to ask your teams "what their professional goals are" vs. assume they want to grow internally in that unit. Help guide them into building skillset and roles that fit their future vision.
