Not much to learn and they don't appreciate new talented comers.

I worked at ADP as a contractor (less than a year)

Great people to work. Most of them are almost retire. Work schedule always stays the same which is good depending on the area you are working but most starts after 9 am.

I was a contract employee and no benefits at all and no compensation. The company was doing cuts everywhere so don't expect long lasting job. They don't appreciate new talents and new ideas. Equipment in the company is out of date and his hard to work with it. That means they don't spend in infrastructure and don't care to facilitate employers work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not advice to management at all. They won't modify anything anyway.
