    Pros

Autonomy...if you have a work ethic Great way to get into a sales career (you handle every part of the sales process from setting the appointment to implementation and client management) Big company so many resources at your disposal Nathan Gould Great initial training

    Cons

Grossly overestimate your earnings potential in the first year Being told you can get accounts from multiple channels but the majority of the job was cold calling and foot prospecting so it wears down on you after a while Disorganization in this market and no sense of being a part of the rest of the region; kinda felt like you were on an island Continuous training wasn't there after you got back from corporate training Dealing with client issues ended up taking a lot of time because of poor service structure

    Advice to Management

Don't outsource client services because it is terrible and as a rep the client knows your face and blames you for anything bad so meeting with clients becomes something you shy away from Make continuous training more of a focal point with new reps; the turnover was insanely high If channels are where the majority of business should be coming from support reps by working with leadership in those channels so it doesn't feel like banging your head against a brick wall for months on end Help satellite markets feel included in region; doesn't feel good to be treated like the red headed step child of a region
