I worked at ADP as an intern (Less than a year)

The pay is good for an intern, freedom, minimal resposibility. This job is great for someone without a soul.

You are not considered an actual employee when you are an intern, I had a company do a background check and ADP didn't even have me on record. Constant cold calling, be prepared to be in the office all day, everyday. They expect that you don't put the phone down. It gets very lonely and people do not want you calling them for the 100th time. They give you lists that have been beat to a pulp and expect you to make 5 appointments a week. Sometimes you get to go on the road and actually see what a full time position is like but you are still expected to cold call while in the car. Corporate treats you like a baby and you aren't allowed to go to any of the events.

    Advice to Management

Consider interns actual employees and include them in events. Maybe then you will get them to stay.
