    There is some opportunity to work on interesting projects especially if you are a middle aged white male.


    Upper mangement is forcing managers to align distribution of employee performances into a pre-determined bell curve, where 10-15% are ranked as low performers, 70-80% are ranked as adequate, and 10-15% are ranked in uppermost categories. Once supervisors rank their direct reports, upper management will "realign" the supervisors' rankings to ensure all employees fit within bell curve. When will the employees have the opportunity to rank upper management using the bell-curve?

    Advice to Management

    Altering supervisors' evaluations just to fit in some idiot's unrealistic model seems unethical. The company should tear up the bell-curve guidance and not interfere with supervisors' review of their direct reports. What horrendous management practices!
