    I worked at AFC Enterprises

From the outside, AFC seems like a company with a lot of opportunity and a fun envirenment. However, you will find out that it is all about the AFC Board and stock price.

Unfortunately, every decision is made with stock price in mind. As an employee, if something is right for the business but wrong for the stock price, you are forced to go with what's right for the stock price. And as an employee, your benefits and satisfaction come second to making sure the stock price comes first.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do what is right for the business owners and restaurants. Top line sales are how AFC makes its money and it is apparent that AFC does not care about the bottom line of its operators. And because AFC is so stock price focused, it does not put into its employees as it should.
