    Freedom to plan you schedule

    Cons

    Compensation, changed the bonus matrix (monthly). Training, sit in classroom once a week and get a lecture about the flavor of the month. Management, will kick you to the curb after you sell your friends and family, push you to buy leads or cold call till you die of exposure. Typical insurance company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Spend time with all you hire, quit playing favorites.
