Former Contractor - Consultant in Denver, CO

I worked at AIM Consulting as a contractor

    Pros

    good pay
If you are not very talented & want to get paid well, then work here. The Denver office staff doesn't understand IT Industry well, so I've seen many candidates be able to BS their way through interviews with them & get the job.

    Cons

Treated senior, talented consultants, like contractors (i.e. warm bodies to fill nominal positions). Managing partner, as well as rest of Denver office staff are quite green and do not have enough business experience so are unable to perform their job functions adequately.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
