    Lots of responsibility right out of college. They give you a car and pay for 100% of your gas and pay you a lot for an entry level job.


    They have a corporate culture of micro-managing employees. There is absolutely no work-life balance. You have to do what the company needs as far as being promoted from a DMT. You get assigned a promotion and don't have a say if that position interests you or not.

    Advice to Management

    While the pay is great, there needs to be more of a work life balance. $75K is great to make right out of college but working 80 hours per week is just too much even with the pay.
