    Positive Outlook

I have been working at APIS IT full-time (More than 3 years)

Large IT projects, a great opportunity for learning cutting-edge technologies, modern development process, a pleasant working atmosphere, good work-life balance.

Below-average wages, too much bureaucracy and politics, it is difficult to get a promotion, business analysts are often incompetent and deliver an incomplete specification.

    Advice to Management

Invest more in quality people and try to keep them. It is often the case that once a company invests significant resources in individual same goes because of low wages. Developers and generally people from development should be more valued because they often bear the greatest burden on projects.
