    Interesting projects. Cutting edge development.
    Different pace: some slow times, some fast.


    No pay raises. Ever.
    Vague job descriptions, will move you around without discussion or even checking to see if you're qualified.
    Cuts corners to meet deadlines.
    No clear reporting hierarchy.
    No clear career path.
    The squeakiest wheel gets the grease. Management decisions are almost random.

    When you hire people based on their expertise, listen to them.
