Current Employee - Lead Cook  in  Scranton, PA
Current Employee - Lead Cook in Scranton, PA

I have been working at ARAMARK full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

good benefits, great work environment, good managers and decent team atmosphere

    Cons

too much stretch between micromanagement details, making restaurant quality food, low to mid level pay ( for those coming in especially) and not enough labor to perform to expected standards. Supervisor cooks/chefs have no say in their employees reviews (which are done by managers who see basically none of their work life)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate, allow more feedback from supervisors, including employee reviews

    Recommends
