    I worked at ARES

    Pros

Interesting projects for high-profile clients in a growing field. Coworkers are generally quite smart and easy to work with and supportive of one another. Even senior management gets involved in projects, usually in a positive way.

    Cons

The company is still growing--hasn't yet built a lot of "infrastructure" that you'd find at larger organizations, such as a formal training program or nice offices.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I hope the company continues to grow and that it grows its infrastructure and internal R&D investments with that growth. Keep trying to treat employees well.
