    Negative Outlook

I worked at ARIA Resort & Casino full-time (More than 5 years)

Great pay and Culinary benefits are the best.

Management is so disconnected that none of them really know what is going on. The employees are treated like slaves, asked to work harder, do more and do it faster all the time, with never a kind word, or encouragement. If you get injured, you better know the way it works, because they have an entire team of attorneys to help them deny your case and make your life miserable. If you want to advance your career, don't work here! Once you show that you are good at the job you started with, it is nearly impossible to move up, as they are so desperate for people who can do a good job.

    Advice to Management

Encouraging employees will get far better results than constantly telling them what they did wrong. A slip of paper is NOT encouragement, because it means nothing.
