I have been working at ARYZTA full-time (more than an year)

The best reason to work here might be that you need money fast and that you might have a felony and they will still hire you. If you shady looking person they will also hire you. If you want to steal peoples money and get away with it or just get fired without being press any charges this is the company for you.

The pay sucks there's people that has been working there for over 20 years and they haven't pass the 15 dollar salary even if they have a really complicated job.For those who get paid well is cause they are family or just friends of higher ups. Supervisors are awful they aren't helpful and they don't know the meaning of confidentiality .So if you tell them something expect everyone to find out. They make the over time mandatory even though "is not" making you work 10 to 13 days in a row. You get three sick days for which if you call in sick you'll still get a point which is a bad thing the more points you accumulate the best chance to get fire. They only care about people following the rules and safety if there's an inspection so they are big Hippocrates. Supervisors have favorites who will get away with everything while pinning the blame on others so very childish management. Raises you can forget about those they will try their best at not giving you one and when they do it will be a year later and from 5 cents to 30 ...... but only the favorites get more. They will even trick you into coming on your day off while giving your day off to people that should be there. They will ask for you to do tasks without any experience or training provided. If you are smart and get things fast they will move you around and have you do even floor leader work for no raise at all and if you refuse you will be in their black list forever. They claim to make billions but they overwork employees and the pay is joke so I really really don't recommend this company unless you just passing by.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop under appreciating your employees, get some better supervisors who actually help ,and instead of trying to fix problems all they do is try to find someone to blame. People have lives outside of work they don't want to work 2 weeks in a row. I seen hardworking people go because they were force to do jobs that required a higher salary but you neglected them from any sort of raise. Listen to your employees they the ones raising your company without your company would fail.
