    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at ARYZTA full-time (More than 5 years)

Great SAP working experience. For the slackers, a pro is that the Executive leaders are not in touch with what employees are doing. Few do all the work and others take credit.

Not employee oriented although claim to be. No appreciation for employees, only manager dependent and not from the higher level. The company proves over and over again that our pay check should enough recognition and appreciation. No one can speak up in fear of retaliation so many great people just quietly find out jobs.

    Advice to Management

Talk with employees and not just your direct report. What about having a suggestion box? Someone could scan this and look into repeated topics/issues.
