Great people to work with, Hours are Flexible and the work conditions are great. 10% discount card. happy place to work. colleagues help each other out

They come down on you pretty hard for the smallest mess-ups for example if you are set 1 hour to do something and you get it done in 1 hour 5 mins. You could like me get a warning for being too slow that goes on your record.
I've been working for them for 12 months and I put all my effort into the job but never gets noticed. we do have a ASDA star thing where good work is rewarded but countless times I've come out ontop of those nominated and never have I been rewarded so don't get your hopes up when your work colleagues get nominated and you don't even if you both are good

    Advice to Management

lay off your employees You need to give them a bracket so that they can be off by a bit or be late by 2 mins because we all try hard and don't always get the praise we want but when we mess up you come down on us like a tonne of bricks if only you put as much into praise we'd never mess up
