    Pros

Diminishing day by day. However, if you look hard enough there is still a underlying sense of teamwork, family and belonging. Benefits and compensation are decent for a small company. Internal growth is possible so long there's not a predetermined hire for an open position.

    Cons

First and foremost: the ability to communicate. It's embarrassingly poor.

Secondly, the executive staff and management teams, an aristocracy of sorts, has created an unfortunate image of losing sight of its working class with their focus instead turning towards gains for themselves and not for the betterment of company and its shareholders.

In addition, the organization has gone through misguided and mismanaged changes resulting unnecessary internal turmoil, confusion, rework and blatantly inefficient "best practices". Jettisoning the workforce that gets things done while increasing the management and executive staff size has the company trending towards a decreased competitive standing and trustworthiness.

    Advice to Management

Take a step back and look at the talent that has been forced out, walked away and isn't applying for open positions. Reasses (again) your strategy for future growth and sustainment (and attempt not to pay some outside firm that doesn't understand the uniqueness of the organization to do it for you). Remind yourself that you are not a publicly traded company and to have your true end customer, your shareholders, in mind when making decisions.

There's still hope to right the ship but a true captain has yet to appear and set the course.
