    By far and away the industry's leading provider. New product pipeline has the potential to dramatically change the revenue trajectory. Awesome IP portfolio. Tons and tons of IQ points walking around in this place. Has something like 50x the number of IEEE Fellows to be expected for a firm of this size.


    Tough to grow revenues this industry segment. Certain big bets have been made that could hurt the firm if they don't pan out. Competes in a space where customers (i.e. carriers) have huge power because the industry segment is so concentrated.

    Advice to Management

    You would close more big deals by giving greater weight to the input provided by the sales person on the ground.
