I worked at ASTA CRS full-time for less than a year

    Pros

None. Please see below for details.

    Cons

Asta CRS/IG Logg, Inc. lures trainees, promising them of proper training and employment. Once you get there: their fraudulent operations are revealed. They basically train their lures to pretend to be Senior Business Analysts (with 6 to 8 years of experience) and deceive clients during interviews. Once the new "business analysts" are placed in projects, they will be paid $25/hour, when in reality Asta CRS/IQ Logg, Inc. charges the clients over $50/hour for the consultant work. This racket basically takes over 50% of the earnings. This is how they make money.

This also what the whole training is about: they teach you how to deceive, tell stories of fake accomplishments, "upgrade" your resume with fabricated employment history (apparently, I worked for Goldman Sachs for 2 years.). The clients don't bother to check the background of the consultants they contract with. So this give Asta CRS/IQLogg, Inc. all the leeway to lie about the qualifications of their "business analysts."

During the whole process, the trainees are housed in poorly furnished, guest houses, in abysmal conditions. Shocked by all this, I basically left one random morning, at 4 AM, to drive back for over 300 miles. The only reason I decided to go to Northern Virginia in the first place was because Asta CRS/IQ Logg, Inc.'s job advertisement was placed on North Carolina State University's official, user-authenticated, job board.

My next steps are going to be to send official letters to North Carolina State University and all the clients of Asta CRS/IQ Logg, Inc., which include Wells Fargo, Freddie Mac, and Fannie Mae, etc. If you are a reader who has a similar store to tell, please share it here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pack up your bags. Your clients will soon know about this and sue you out of existence.
