Nice company with decent pay and great benefits and 401k plan. Early outs!!! Those who work for AT&T know what that is.

hours and scheduling are horrible. As a new employee you get the worst schedule possible. Late shifts and weekends are a must. They give a good vacation package but you can really use it. You have to check with HR if there is time available so you can use your OWN vacation days. Oh and no sick day is provided.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Dont micro manage too much. Make sure everyone has a equal chance of getting they hours they want not by seniority. Change the vacation day guidelines.
