Metrics are all this company values. Not a single care given to competent awesome employees that make small mistakes involving being a robot and not ALWAYS saying or doing certain actions on EVERY call
Advice to Management
Pay attention to your tells and stop firing ppl! When you know a person wants to work and values the job, you should value them. You are running out of new ppl to hire and fire!
And senior management, how about you try to do the job you fire people for? Most have zero experience EVER taking a single call.
