I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)
Benefits, good pay, incentives, paid vacations, paid flex days, and some holidays.
The CUSTOMERS, very strict on attendance, deviations, very strict on the amount of calls you take and how long it takes you to handle the call, TOO MUCH STRESS!!
Advice to Management
Don't be condescending. It is not easy dealing with the customers and it is not easy keeping up with all of the ever-changing rules. Give us a break, once in awhile!
