    I worked at AT&T full-time

    - Good pay - Raises every 6 months - Thorough training - 6 to 8 weeks of training

    - Strict attendance policy - Night/ weekend shift for a minimum of 3 years - No chance of getting early shift with weekends off for at least 3 years - Schedule bidding is seniority based and not performance based

    Advice to Management

Change to performance based schedule bidding. The tenured associates are too comfortable and get pick of the litter simply because they've been there for a long time.
