I have been working at AT&T full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Some good medical and dental benefits, as well as vacation.

    Cons

When you work in retail they find creative ways to take money away from you. You could be producing the at the same level that 2 years ago you made $45,000 to $55,000 a year. Now it might get you $29,000 to $35000. Everyone understands that the market changes, but none of the people based in Atlanta (headquaters) has lost any money.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They treat you as a disposable and replacable commodity/
