Former Employee - Customer Service Representative in Portland, OR

I worked at AT&T full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Entry level positions are accessible to inexperienced workers; reasonable job security when compared to others companies in the telecom industry

    Cons

Pay is slightly below average; workload is as large as it can be for entry level inbound work; scheduling isn't flexible

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Your model for managing entry level personnel is outdated. If you bother making an investment in a person, you should continue to do so throughout their tenure with the company.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
