    I worked at AT&T

    Pros

Stability, good vacation, benefits and compensation, good career development and leadership training program, opportunities to move within, an exciting industry.

    Cons

Poor follow-through on providing training (at least in the organization I was in), low training budget, contingency planning for union strikes, frequently changing priorities (not unique to AT&T though), too many legacy systems

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to promote seamless, excellent customer service/support, continue to streamline, upgrade IT - it is too large and cumbersome to move at the speed needed to support constantly changing market demands - and "One AT&T" still needs work.
