I have been working at AT&T

    Pros

Flexibility in schedule if you luck out w/the right job and management

    Cons

Bureaucratic, still settling on processes and players after the last merger almost 3 years ago.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lead by noble principles, including the bottom line, not by reports, especially not to be in red. Everything is not a firedrill. Elaborate or be open to questions if someone needs information beyond your one-word directives. Lead with compassion, not by the threat of your formal authority. Cherish and respect a team that challenges stupid moves. We don't want mud on our faces nor we want to be out of job any more than you do.
