Company is very slow to adopt new technologies that would allow them to stay competitive. Instead they think that due to their size that they will be able to attract customers and still charge a premium for the services.
Advice to Management
You need to adopt a better system that allows for the proper tools and hardware that is needed to support clients effectively.
