    I have been working at AT&T full-time (more than 3 years)


    Reasonable salary for the work.


    Little room for advancement unless center area managers like you personally. Promotion or "special projects" assignments are hand picked and not based on performance. Terrible shifts and no chance for movement between them to better times. Constant pressure and stress to meet goals that are unrealistic and little support to achieve them. Point system on attendance has no leeway for emergency or family situations and terminations are at higher rate than new hires. Good vacation offered but no time available to use it. Mixed messages based on which manager you have and rules not equally applied between teams.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Use members from each team on strategic focus groups and not just veteran reps that are favorited every time. Survey team members about managers and act on suggestions and concerns.
