I have been working at ATEC full-time for more than a year

    Pros

advantage to sub-contracting work out is that is stimulates the economy and keeps alot of businesses alive which depend on the larger businesses which dominate the market share. It keeps a flow of money.

    Cons

they paid for results does not achieved
they don't provide all or most of the necessary materials and equipment to complete the job
We are not free free to accept or refuse work
they in a position to make a profit or suffer a loss

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

What are underperformers costing you? How much time do you spend reacting to problems related to underperformance? Think of the things you could do with that time if you could only get it back.
