    Pros

    Salary is good. Interviews are easy to crack.

    Cons

    No concept of "team", no recognition even if you work 12 hrs a day, too much blame culture, Management doesn't have "time" to listen to their employees grievances, no interaction between the team. Small doubts which can be easily solved by discussion with senior employees will take 2 days at least to get an appointment from them.
    pretty bad company politics at management level. There are very few good genuine people but are crushed by the larger bad ones.

    Advice to Management

    If you need good work, keep your employees happy and motivated, "listen" to their problems.
    Rate your employees on basis of logic/ amount of hard work employee had done.
    Dedicate more time on one-one meetings than the current twice in an year policy.
