    Pros

    Pay was above minimum wage.

    Cons

    Hours not good if you have a family, as a CSR there is a lot you can't do when it comes to helping customer's. A lot of standing is required for this job no real break time unless you smoke.

    Advice to Management

    Be more flexible on working hours. Empower your CSR's so they do not constantly have to get the general manager to take care of customer's.
