    Pros

    The customers were a pleasure to deal with, the products were a breeze to sell.

    Cons

    Constantly being asked for more productivity no matter how great your numbers were. Didn't matter if your store was doing well if the stores as a whole were not doing so great.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Reward those who are excelling at their job. Don't base promotions on who you know.
