    A paycheck, discount on merchandise.


    Poor leadership, high employee turnover, horrible hours, fights between sales and collections, low wages, impossible goals.

    Advice to Management

    Realize that numbers aren't everything. A high customers count doesn't mean anything if they won't pay. Stop giving away your merchandise. Appreciate your employees who are doing the dirty work.
