    Aaron's takes care of its Customers. We have been trained to understand the challenges of our customers and to work with them to reach ownership of the merchandise they are renting from us. Store Managers are empowered and expected to make and keep customers happy! Earning potential is unlimited for Store Managers. Great health Benefits. 401(K) and Paid Time Off.


    The Store Manager is the only one in the store earning a decent salary. All the others are just getting by. Several of my co-workers also receive public assistance. Starting pay is low. Most start around $10 per hour - Nationally. Turn over is atrocious. Currently they are closing stores that aren't doing that well.

    Advice to Management

    Find a way to better compensate your people.
