I have been working at Abacus full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Work schedule is light and the salary is decent. We live on a compound and each of us lives in more than adequate housing.

    Cons

Compound is past city limits and there aren't very many stores nearby. Abacus certainly doesn't bend over backwards to help the people working on the contract.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try and help the people doing the actual work on the contract.
