    I worked at Abbott Labs full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Abbott Labs is a perfect employment for Mothers returning to work and young paid internship students. Abbott provides a comfortable work atmosphere and very very family oriented. As long as your work is with standards they will most likely be very open to your needs. Do apply with Abbott Labs if you want to rewarded with great experience and a well diverse environment.

    Cons

    Working for Abbott with leadership not hearing your most needed attention may be the biggest flaw within. Abbott takes a little more time to assist those who have reached out to Employee relations regarding matters in the office with Management and direct Supervisors bullying by management is definitely an issue.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to your employees wants. Communicate effectively due to they are the one who completes the projects for your reward. In return reward your employees.
