    Shocking Truth

Work first or second shift and mostly get the weekend off. Always able to work overtime. The work is very easy once you learn how to do it.

It's like being in highschool. Relationship issues, gossip, very poor management, no recognition for your work. Nobody has your back and everybody will throw you under the bus from HR to co-workers. They don't care about their employees, my department was told "If we want you to pick up trash outside all day then that's what you will do". Your job title don't matter, most of the time you gonna be working where they want you to work even if you don't know what you are doing. Not enough valid training.

    Advice to Management

To many chiefs and not enough players. Grow up this is a place of business not a college fraternity. Have respect for your employees and each other, learn how to listen and compromise and you might get better outcomes. Your not always right. If you want your employees to follow the rules you have to lead by example.
