    Pros

It's a great first company to work for, and if you find a gangbusters team, stick with and make your career. If the stars align and have a proper support network, you are able to move around from project to project to get new experiences.

    Cons

*It is possible to get stuck on a project for an extended period of time without any choice rather than to leave the company. This hasn't happened to me, but many of my peers have churned due to the feeling of being trapped.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

For those projects that tend to be black holes, focus on how the teams can be encouraged and engaged across an account or even between project teams.
