I worked at Accenture full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You meet a lot of people your age who like to work hard, learn a lot, and have fun doing it, both during and after work hours. If you like structure to your career, it's a good place to be to move up the ladder (assuming you like up or out). There are plentiful training opportunities if you want to take advantage of it. Career counselors assigned to you is a great idea, and management does truly care that you have a fulfilling career there.

    Cons

Long hours, though that is expected. Up or out is not for everyone; sometimes that can cause hyper competitiveness, which can obviously affect camaraderie.

    Advice to Management

Accenture has a good system in place to weed out the pretenders and allow the high performers to rise within the company if they so choose. If you work hard and play the game right, the sky is the limit.
