I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than 5 years)

Nice place to learn and become a fully management consultant, very precise and hard worker,
Very effective collaboration with people around the globe to get inputs for our client. high skilled team, I am very happy to what I have gained as experience during the 6 past years.

Good salary but in fact poor salary in comparison with average of time dedicated to work and money value we create for this company / Rewards and promotion subjective and very linked to your relation with your project management. Very strange that in an international company like Accenture, it's so difficult to move abroad in another Accenture office as their are fully independant. You clearly have to manage your career path yourself and they are not really taking care of your desire to develop differents skills, what is more important is business and business again.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promotion process are very subjective with a quota of promoted people already set in advance by the global that is totally unfair, you clearly have to ease and promote transfers around the globe (Accenture office) and encourage abroad staffing that is not currently done

    Neutral Outlook
